Who knows. I think you should play it cool and just go out with the intentions of having a good time with co workers. You are putting too much emphasis on her, when there’s going to be other people there that you should interact with.

It's been 3 months, i accept her invitation and went she gave me chocolates and a cup and hug before I'm leaving the next morning she messaged from her personal WhatsApp number asking about some office related questions. Does it sounds she is interested?

We do this for safety reasons. You may be a nice guy but there are guys out there that will try awful things to get what they want. So we just want to protect ourselves.
