Girls, How should I greet a girl in the morning?

Was wondering how to greet a girl in the morning without sounding needy should I say good morning or is that creepy or should I ask them how they are or something?

You greet a girl the same way as you would greet just about anyone.

If you don't know that person, you simply say "hi" or "good morning". If you know that person fairly well, then you can greet her with "hi" followed by the first name or "good morning" followed by the first name.

If the person you greet is unfamiliar to you, then you simply greet her with "good morning Mrs. XYZ" or if the person is a male, you greet him with "good morning Mr. XYZ".

If the person is from one of those new, fashionable unspecified genders, you just greet them with "good morning" without the name. That would avoid any misunderstanding.
