Why would a girl ask me why I get shy and nervous?

i feel like she knows why, but why would she ask that?

you should have said "only around you", would be a cool way to tell her. even if u think she knows I think it's important to confess. and from the looks of it she likes u so ur chances are good.

I’ll give context. She has asked me that question twice.

I’ll list the whole convo:

When she asked me that the first time:

Her: “Why do you get so nervous?”

Me: “what?” (I knew what she said but didn't know how to answer)

Her: “no, you heard me, you get nervous”

I said nothing after that and she went away after waiting for an answer. In this scenario she was smiling.

Second time, 2 weeks later:

Her: “why do you get so nervous?”

Me: “what?” (Again, i knew what she said)

Her: “why do you get so nervous?”

Me: “i dont know.”

Her: “you dont know? Do you feel nervousness around girls? Have you never talked to them? Don’t you have a girlfriend?”

Me: “no”

In this scenario she was serious.
