Why do western women and women outside of India try to look and act like children?

Why do women that live outside of India or Africa go out out there way to put on expensive and toxic makeup on and starve themselves into being skinny and looking like middle school girls.

I don't know how to put it in any other way, but when westerners and non Africans and non Indians call a woman "ugly" it's always some fat older tall woman with moles and a protruding big jiggling belly and back fat and folds and big asses (what I am attracted sexually to), when they call women pretty or beautiful she looks like she could be underage and it's gross.

I think it's creepy and detrimental that men are encouraged to be the ones to look gross and older and muscular and fay while women are told to look like anorexic starving high school girls. When I was in high school I had crushes on the fat lunch ladies and the fat ugly teachers.
