What is some reasons for this with this girl acting this way?

We met at work and got close I felt, talked about anything and everything, made her laugh continuously, she’d always be staring at me a far but suddenly when I try talk to her now it feels like something has changed and I don’t know why? I feel like she has distanced herself but it’s confusing because she talks to everyone else except me and then other times she is trying to get me to notice her or grab my attention, talking with other guys and acting like she’s having a great time then look at my direction to see if I’m looking? I feel like she hates me for some reason 🤷‍♂️

No she doesn't hate you.. she's what you call a flirt or may I say an attention seeker.. if she's not doing with others what she's done with you or doing with you rather.. then maybe she's acting flirty with others to try and make you jealous because you've not made a move yet? Ask her on a date or for her number maybe? If you have already then she's bad news let her be..

No I haven’t made a move or anything I’ve just been flirting with her and being nice to her. She previously has been acting nervous a few times as well and being giddy another time. She just has been trying to make me jealous she doesn’t do that with anyone else

She likes your attention, so she constantly tries to get your attention.

And since you are always giving free attention to her, she doesn't need to put in the effort to get you to talk to her. You are going to go and talk to her anyway.

Despite saying all these, this does not mean that she likes you. Women naturally like attention.

Try asking her out, if she rejects you, then you know where you stand.
