Why this girls acts like this?

There is a girl in my class, I flirted with she the last year, that time I asked her out, she said yes but after few days she told no because she has a someone, I said her it's ok, we still continue being friends, we started to have a good relationship, it was like if we liked each other, we talked a lot but I was getting over her because I knew she got a boyfriend (she lied telling that she doesn't but she does), I just see her like a friend of mine. After some time, she told she was alone, but I was over her totally and I didn't care, we continued talking like classmates but since one day she started to ignore me, didn't talk me much, we still are classmate and she sometimes acts like If I don't exist, I have caught her staring at me and she look away quickly, she continue doing the same till today, she always see my stories in whatsapp, she is shy doing eye contact with me, she has a boyfriend, but he lives in another town and I think that relationship is not going well, I want try talk her but it's difficult because she got serious, avoid eye contact, or she laughs when we do eye contact, I don't know what u should do.

I want talk with her but I feel I will get rejected hahaha she is too unfriendly on purpose sometimes, she told my friend that I flirted with her but I didn't do any movement after that, this is a lie because that time she told me she wasn't single.
