What makes a voice happy and sweet?

Ok, I usually get this as a compliment. Even when I call to centers where people dont know who I am, they ask for my name and remember. And after a while say my voice is memorable. Usually this comes along "happy and sweet" voice. In a way this brings me joy, yet also I wonder how can I use this to understand my positive or not influence. What would be imply with having a happy and or sweet voice?

your tone when speaking to others, are you kind polite? and usually a more high pitched voiced can be seen as sweet
