How can a boy get rid of the shyness complex of girls?

There are many boys who suffer from gynophobia or shyness towards women. What are the ways to get rid of this fear towards girls?

Women are people too. That's it.
Treat women how you would treat your friends. Create small talk with them about random subjects that struck your fancy, compliment them when you notice they made a change to themselves, congratulate them when things are going well, and match their energy in conversations. We're all humans just looking to connect to people, and if you can get past the small talk, you can really show your emotions and your soft side and people love that level of vulnerability. And take out any thoughts you have of forming a realtionship with them, get to know them first, and if you vibe, then you decide whether you want to take things a step further with them.

Don’t see good looking girls as intimidating, that’s what they expect and want. Stunning girls expect to be chatted up by good looking guys so personally I wouldn’t give them the time of day. Avoid the girls that look like they expect attention and instead focus on the girl next door type, she’ll appreciate it more. Just be yourself and even say that you do t know what to say as your a bit shy or nervous, she’ll more than likely be the same and you’ll soon be on the same wavelength as her, no corny chat up lines and no sex talk and your more likely to meet someone genuine

The easiest way is to put yourself in a situation where you are confident, relaxed and in the presence of people who also enjoy that situation. Then you can just express your enthusiasm naturally and you will find that women there will find that attractive.

I was amazed how much more attractive I was to female skiers simply by wearing a Ski Club of GB Rep's jacket. It told them I was a good skier, considered responsible, outgoing and sociable. So I found talking to women when I was leading ski groups and trips very easy.

Usually if you are shy, it is because you are uncomfortable in the social setting you are in. That might be discos, it might be in a particular country, it might be where religion is concerned, it might be where politics is concerned, it might be you are studying the wrong subjects, in the wrong career.

Obviously, if you have hang-ups about your body, you will need to overcome them at some stage.

But talking to women doesn't need to lead immediately to sex, so you can learn to talk to women easily without feeling you are a potential porn star...
