Why does she still want my attention after she rejected me?

I felt really led on by her and avoided the huge red flags. My friends who've known her says she's bitchy and a game player she also never talks to me. I accept it was my fault for ignoring these flags. I blocked her and her friend since I still get feelings after seeing images of her. I'm still young but still feel pain after 3 months after the rejection. She gives me this smile like she's 'won' and I ignore her. How do I get rid of her and why does she still want my attention even though I ignore her.
