She said she has an errand to run, is it a rejection or acceptance?

I asked her what her plan is for the day, she told me she needs to run an errand (explained to me exactly what the errand is, I would expect it to be an hour or two hours at most), and she said “that’s about it for her day”. Is she rejecting me politely or is she waiting for me to ask her out after the errand?

This has happened once before, I didn’t ask her out last time because I assumed that was a rejection, and it happened again today. Any ideas? Thanks
