The comments Biden has made towards the blacks is without question racist. It was the democratic party that destroyed the black family in the 60s in order to ensure their vote. Prior to the 60s the black population mirrored their white counterpart when it came to graduation rates, divorce rate, even crime rates. When did it all change?
