She constantly reacts to anyone who looks or says anything to her even if in conversation with another person. If you give her attention for two weeks and stop then she comes looking for you then likely an attention seeker. Always staring or trying to make eye contact as well as large and loud personality is a sign of an attention seeker. They hang with whomever is giving them the most attention at that moment... and are quick to jump around seeming unstable at times. You know it when you see it and sense it.
