Girls, what would it mean if you did this with a guy you work with?

I know a girl at work who call out my name and then ask me about job tasks that doesn't relate to what she has to do. In my mind I'm thinking, why does she care about these minuscule things, they are important. I also tend to see her looking at me or glancing at me.

Also to add, I don't talk to her much, been working with her for probably half a year or so. Don't have her number, don't have her social media or anything. But it seems like she tries to talk.

A little late for that lol. I was let go of that job in late January. I haven’t spoken to that girl since the third wk of January on a Saturday. The last thing I told her was, “I got a new job but I’ll still work here on the side”. The following wk my manager calls me and says, we’ve been making cuts today and unfortunately we have to let you go. I was laid off. Which didn’t surprise me much I know the job market and the economy is shit right now. I do miss her a bit. But eventually the less you someone or not see them at all you tend to forget about the person. I feel like she probably forgot about me since she probably has stuff on her mind. I haven’t visited the store to see colleagues although I probably should.

I doubt she forgot about you. Pretend you left something there that you need to go by and get and ask her to keep in touch on your way out

I don’t need to pretend it’s a retail store. Tbh when I was laid off I didn’t get to say good bye to other guys in my department I was close to. Plus I need to buy some stuff from that store for my laptop. I’ll definitely stop by to say what’s up to others and to her. I’m not sure if she’s working that day but I know she usually tends to work Friday’s, Saturday's and Sunday’s. I don’t want to seem like a creep by saying that lol.
