I have a coworker that i think likes me. She is older than me (10 years).
Since last year she has been acting suspicious we have had some tense interactions. She was sending me text messages and I was starting to suspect so I invited her out since my female friends at work told me that i should because they also suspect that she likes me.
We went out but nothing special happened.
She sends me messages once in a while but not to often ( like a month or 2).
So what's her deal? Because every time I say to myself " maybe she was just being friendly or change her mind" she talks to me again or something happens at work and my coworkers tell me that she seems to like me.

You seem afraid to lead. You are going to have to lead in every way in this dynamic. I have had interaction ladies 18 years older than myself when I was younger. They are there and available and will do almost everything but pull the trigger for you. It may be different for you 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah I know that why i asked her out. It was a nice date but nothing special happened. We both have sent flirtatious messages but everytime something happens she stops talking to me for a little while.
That's why I'm confused and waiting for her to pull the trigger i thought since she's older she was going to do it.

She is not going to pull the trigger. You will have to do it. She’s looking for a lion 🦁 not a pussy cat that she has to lead…at least initially-in my case. After she knew I was man enough then it was different. I have to believe it’s the same here I was 22-23 at that time
