i agree with the first part that a woman will only submit to a man with good judgment, accomplished leader, empathy, eyes-for-one only etc and these attributes sum into Respect. I hear people use the King and Queen thing. These are the "basics" of what a guy should have to expect a woman to submit to Leadership. Clowns don't get that !!

It pretty much stems down to an unfaithful girl , you hit the nail on the head with the first part , The second part is pretty much saying she is a cheater allowing herself to be dominated by another man and not respecting the man she already has, the man she already has becomes a coward to her and she stops submitting to him and starts submitting to her new man
