What is your thought on make up?

I’m just curious what you all think about make up.

i have friends that can’t live without it. When I had a girlfriend she almost never left the house without make up. What do you all think if makeup.

Is it needed

Is it nice but not necessary?

It is over rated?

Do you not have an opinion?

Not into it. Hated wearing it in ballet as a kid. Prob won't wear it again until i marry

Haha! I mean again that is totally fair! Make up is such a weird concept! My friends got in to a huge discussion about it the other day and it cracked me up so I thought I would ask about it here.

Right! Some do for sure! And it’s always that question of why do you hate yourself? I mean the immediate removal always looks like crap! I do know some girls that after a whole routine of removal they look on point again from just removing their make up. But obviously there is a lot more involved in that and most people just don’t go through the routine.

I used to wear it for dance too. When I think back on it now, it’s weird to be putting makeup on 7 year olds.

@musicbrain5 very weird especially sunce it was full in red lipstick. They wouldn't allow lipgloss nor chap but full on lipstick and it had to be read. And all that foundation powder stuff was awful

I don’t like makeup, I hardly ever wear it. It always irritates my skin too. My skin is so much healthier now that I’ve stopped putting on foundation and other products all over it.

It is not a life necessity. I put on makeup on Saturdays to boost my self-esteem. Also I am no expert in it. It took me 4 years to figure out how to do cat liner and i still can't get it right every time. I feel it may be armor for some woman.

Depends... that shit can be a art of deception. Make a decent-looking human look like a clown. Or can look kind of artsy cool. I say go natural unless you want to take a stab at looking artsy cool, but end up looking like a clown trying to trick people into thinking you don't have a pizza face.

to me its just stuff. I love wearing makeup, but not all the time. I don't feel I need it. I think I look beautiful with or without it. on a night out, like going to a club or bar, I'll probably wear some. or if I'm feeling it, I'll put on some but keep it light and casual.

Lol! I mean it can look really pretty and I would encourage you to try to get in to it because it can be fun! But if it goes past being fun or just to be cute then it isn’t worth it. I think you use what you got well I just also think makeup is not totally worthless. If at some point you feel like it I guess.

I think woman who put on ridiculous amounts or create clown like face are suffering from mental illness. Most woman wear some make up even if not everyday but I see some and think that girl needs counselling if she thinks she looks good.

I really much more prefer when girls don't wear make up, that's just a me thing.
it's tolerable to wear a bit on the eyes to have a deeper or more defined look but that's pretty much it
