the gravity from the Moon is stronger at certain times of the month than others, but i don't think it affects periods. periods run on 28 day cycles like the moon, but not in synch with it. the Moon does affect the tides and they see more mental illness in the hospitals because it pulls the brain closer to the skull (they say)

There is documented evidence that woman living together have their periods change to become similar patterns. This might be a primal/wild, biological, reproductive detail. If males happen through an inhabited area it’s easier to create more babies if everyone is fertile at the same time.
