Nope - it doesn't for me. It can even be reassuring. I don't always look my best and there are things about my appearance I'm insecure about. I don't doubt I'm attractive but it's still nice hearing the compliments.

Depends on the person who’s saying it. If it’s compliments from strangers on the internet, then it gets old, but if it’s from my partner then it doesn’t get old.
A compliment should never become boring. There are some of us who are physically unattractive and would love to be complimented, so please embrace your outer beauty and the compliments you get for it.

Not if it is an appropriate situation or is worded appropriately! But a lot of times it is not! It can be awkward or stressful deciding how to respond, like "do I make a big deal out of this or just smile and say thank you" when, for example, somebody says I look great in a pair of pants or calls me "hot" at work. Also if there is a guy who likes you but you don't like him that way, sometimes he might try to get your attention by constantly saying you are pretty and if what you want is for him to give up on it and just be normal friends, it can be exasperating but you also want to be nice. So the answer is yes, BUT I never get tired of my boyfriend or my girlfriends saying I look good!!

I only need one hand to count how many times a stranger or even a friend has said that to me.

That's not something I hear often, so when I hear it, it's always good news for me.
It can if it's comeing from the same person/ group all the time. But otherwise no it doesn't get old.
It doesn't happen that often so when it does it brings me joy. I'm excluding times when old people call me pretty because that's like a lot.
It does from strangers on the internet when it means nothing. If it's from someone I know in my life, it means a good deal.
It's a nice compliment. It makes me happy.
It barely ever happens to me, so no
It becomes meaningless after a while.
