I think this girl from work wanted me to make a move. I didn't, should I now?

She took me to her house after a long nice dinner and conversation. She took me to her bedroom but we just talked for a while and I left. She's been a bit odd on some days towards me, on other days as lovely as she usually is and more since that day, just depends on the day. We haven't really brought up that day and it's been a few weeks. I think I should make a move whenever she's not being odd and barely looking at me. We usually walk to the station together after work, might that be a good idea to invite her to eat something together?

I mean I felt like she might be signaling something at the moment but we work together, and had had a few drinks. Yeah I'd say "we crossed that Rubicon" and our type of work could care less anyway

You think it matters it's been a few weeks? She still seeks me out a lot on some days, and other days like today barely says hi and continues looking at her laptop. Yesterday we talked for like half an hour at work, on the other hand. I do not reach out to her much inside work but I do always accept her request of walking with me. I hope she does tomorrow, it's a bit awkward to ask her at work

I told her today if she wanted to get lunch together after work and she said oh sure!

Then an hour later says if we can move it to Sunday since work has been very stressful today. Not sure why Sunday and not Saturday but whatever. I could tell she was stressed from work before asking her for what it's worth, and I tried to reassure that she was doing a kickass job and she was happy about that, but it still sucks to hear that she changed it later

I'll text her details today or tomorrow (what's better?) and see what happens but if she cancels again I have my answer I guess

Ball's in her court. If it happens, I'll let her know I want to take her out on a real date and try some touching. Depending on her reaction say when she's ready, or just point blank. And hopefully discuss what happened that night cause I'm still so clueless about it

Just for not making a move? I dunno, she is a very confident gal, which is part of what attracts me to her. Not my usual girl but there's just something different. The fact that she seeks me out certainly helps, lol, and at the same time hurts when she ignores me
