Little over a year ago I matched with a girl on Tinder. I've asked her on a date a few times but last minute she declined then we both decided to be friends and messaged almost everyday about normal life stuff. She then got a boyfriend and we messaged a little less. Then yesterday she asked if I could help her with her new job (interview about finances). I agreed, and afterwards when she was talking to her boss I went to my truck to leave then she called me and asked if I wanted to go eat with her. As we were eating we both laughed at the convo's and we were both very engaging (she did hand me napkins to where I had to touch her hand and would stand close to me). After dinner she said she would like to go with me to a car show sometime. Do you think she still has feelings for me? She was laughing a lot and looking directly at me the whole time. Plus she wanted to hang out at a car show? Also was this even considered a date?
Don't listen to me, I'm a pessimist, but there's a risk she's just using you as a friend/for validation/whatever. Like, you can try and see what happens, but I would be conscious of how much you invest in this. Personally I've had so many women just use the fact that I liked them to get the validation of a "friend". But I wasn't their friend. They didn't give a shit about me as a person.
