Little confusion?

Little over a year ago I matched with a girl on Tinder. I've asked her on a date a few times but last minute she declined then we both decided to be friends and messaged almost everyday about normal life stuff. She then got a boyfriend and we messaged a little less. Then yesterday she asked if I could help her with her new job (interview about finances). I agreed, and afterwards when she was talking to her boss I went to my truck to leave then she called me and asked if I wanted to go eat with her. As we were eating we both laughed at the convo's and we were both very engaging (she did hand me napkins to where I had to touch her hand and would stand close to me). After dinner she said she would like to go with me to a car show sometime. Do you think she still has feelings for me? She was laughing a lot and looking directly at me the whole time. Plus she wanted to hang out at a car show? Also was this even considered a date?
