Why is she upset?

Asked a woman out and we went on a couple of dates but then she decided she just wants to be freinds and that's OK. So we have kept in touch talk weekly mentioned to her I have a date with this girl I met coming up. Now she is hardly talking to to me at all. Why would she be upset if she broke things off?

She maybe wasn’t completely clear about how she felt. Maybe she likes you but wants to be friends first. Either way maybe communicate to her that you are interested in her if you are and see if she just said that to take things slow or whay

I dont rrally think this is the case but Yea I would choose her over anybody but don't think she means it in that way unfortunately but I mean you can't make someone see you the way you see them.
