Why is she mad?

So there a little situation at work where I have found a coworker has been saying she stalks my IG and has been calling me names and saying disrespectful comments about me.

She happened to find out somebody told me and came screaming at me and told me to keep her out my mouth when in fact she is the one talking about me and saying disrespectful stuff I don't understand why is she mad when in fact she is the one talking about me.

I don't think you need to respond to her because she has amply demonstrated she is a crazy bitch. But I suppose it is 2026 so go to HR.

I guess she is mad because she is obese if she is like the pic.

My reasoning was 1/ You would not have used her actual image 2/ you would have used a pic that had a similar emotional content as her IRL either consciously or unconsciously 3/ far from being jolly, fat women are often fat because they are unhappy or are unhappy because they are fat.

Clearly she is a CB and it is 2026. So to protect yourself against what she makes up - and it seems in her mind she is disposed to - it is well to document this with HR or a manager. I'd do in the manner of wanting advice to minimize problematic interactions. Be the person that wants to help, not the person that is causing problems.

Her behavior shows no boundaries, so she will do anything.

I worked with a CB. At lunch time I passed her in the street and after lunch she came to yell and scream at me for just quietly passing by her on the street.

She was from Russia but her husband didn't emigrate with her because he had to look after his sick mother. Told her to go prepare the way and he'd join her when his mom recovered. Very wise of him. Took the company 12 months to sack her with all the protocols to tick off.
