I’ve been seeing this girl I work with and we spend everyday together cooking, going out, watching movies until dawn. I asked her out a month ago and she rejected me saying she tries not to date coworkers and isn’t emotionally ready for any type of relationship I said that was fair and promised we can keep doing what we were doing initially. Then last week we started cuddling, holding her breast, holding her thigh when driving, and her talking about what seems like date plans to me in future tense like picnics, pumpkins patch, etc. And just very recently she let me hold her breast under her bra. So ladies do y’all let your friends touch and hold you or is it subliminal messages.

No. She either wants your touch and attention without dealing with the relationship. She may be trying out the idea without committing to anything but fun with you at the moment. OR she does want it but can't work it out in her head how to balance it all.

What would be a good way to ask without making things awkward or should I wait a bit longer and see how it plays out? Cause I don’t want to ask again and seem eager or needy about wanting a relationship with her but at the same time don’t want my feelings messed up and confused.

If it were me, I'd say relax. Enjoy her! The more she feels comfortable and relaxed with you the more she will want to be around you and open up. She seems to enjoy you! Embrace that and be there for her. Be you and let her enjoy this without needing to label or push. She said it's a lot (if I am not mistaken) and didn't turn ypu down specifically. She still wants to spend her timw with you, too! It will unfold. If it doesn't, ask later when it grows beyond your comfort of knowing what you both are to each other.
