Girls, Would you say "I love you" to a coworker that you have no romantic interest in?

Girl at work shows signs of interest and flirtation. She is a bit younger than me, So I figured I would not pursue anything with her. She has been telling me she wants to tell me something and told me that she loves me. Since then, She has said it again two more times.

She is single and I am single. I don't normally date coworkers, but I don't want to lose a chance at going out with her or hanging out if that's what she wants.
