You see, dressing like a thot does not mean you are a thot which means trying to look like a thot does not mean they are necessarily wearing sexually suggestive outfits but just the bare minimum. I mean, on the beach, there are always a couple of naked young ones or girls without tops or some toddlers wearing dresses where their nappy is visible. After all, having visible undergarments is thot-like but not intended to be one.
