Ladies, what type of male behavior gives you the impression that a man is absolutely not interested in you?

I switched jobs recently.

my last job was an office manager so I was alone in an office all day and barely interacted with anyone. now I'm working at a pharmacy warehouse interacting with 10-20 people a day suddenly makes me feel like I'm back in high school.

among these people are 2 girls that tend to stare at me a lot like if they were interested in me. but I sure as fuck want nothing to do with dating and relationships at the moment, nevertheless I feel like I can't make these bimbos stop being interested in me and to make matters worst as we know women do fall in love with men who ignore them the most.

but I really want to be out of the panorama of these 2 bimbos because aside from not wanting to be in a relationship I feel like I can justify my reasons to avoid these bimbos

1- they look like they just graduated high school and young women are a major turnoff to me

2- they as obnoxious as typical bimbo who are or just got out of high school

3- I hate their swaggers

4- they have piercings all over the place (another one of my pet peeves)

Use another technique. I don't know what's wrong with kids nowadays but maybe next time you are close to them. Pretend to get a phone call and act like your girlfriend is on the other end of the call. You could say something like, "Hey babe, do you want me to get you something on my way back home" or "Babe, I'll come to pick you up at 7pm. I'm looking forward to seeing you". Just make sure one or both of them can hear you and I guarantee you they won't bother you after that (if they some self respect that is) I might have acted like them at one stage of my life but once I found out the guy was taken, I would just back off and start acting like he never existed lol.

firstly, if you just focus on doing your job, it wouldn't matter if they stared at you or not.

Secondly, I"m gonna tell you for a fact that most 18-20 yr olds are not worried about losing their jobs since they likely are living with their parents. As a man in his mid 30s, you will lose everything if you lose your job. You're likely not being supported by your parents. So be careful about doing anything wrong at work.

Thirdly, keep it professional. Constantly thinking about those two girls instead of focusing on your work will only distract you from being professional.

Fourthly, if you keep it professional and never respond to their advances, which you never mentioned had happened, they will eventually get the hint.

the girls didn't make a move on him. if you wrongly accuse someone of something, it will just make you look like a trouble maker in the eyes of the employer. we are talking about your job at stake here. don't cause huge waves unless you absolutely have to. Not only that, it will also lead to poor relationships with your coworker. These are people you need to collaboratively work with on a daily basis.

You need proof to accuse someone of sexual harassment especially in court. Under the eyes of the law, it is innocent until proven guilty. But for the employer, they usually tend to keep the employee who is more valuable to them.

I like when a guy makes a clear effort to pursue me because then I don’t have to sit at home over-analyzing whether these little things mean I have a chance.

Yeah, what I've learned is a lot of guys like to flirt with either no intentions or with the intention to just get in your pants. I hear a lot of people say "If a guy really likes you, you'll know" and in my experience, it's accurate. Anytime I've had to guess whether a guy actually liked and cared about me, it was because they didn't. When a guy had real feelings for me, I never had to look for hints or analyze things they said because they would just SHOW ME that they were serious and leave no room for doubt. They might test the waters a little at first but if a guy really likes you and you respond to their initial attempts to talk to you, they will pursue you with full force 😂 Nothing will stop them. And now that I've experienced that, I'll never settle for anyone who doesn't have the courage to pursue me.

thing is, thats the rule in social settings but this is in work, when 99% times they were at their computer. also im not like most other girls, im completly different. i defo wouldn't shag nevermind for the first mon the or so let alone the first date, they would need to show me theyre genuine about me and i can trust them, and i find it hard to trust people. the signs for me were there, and when i heard he was talking about me and we shared a moment i honestly thought something would happen.

at first i thought he was just being friendly, it didn't really register that it was more than that till that moment. the fact that he's a very good looking bloke and seems nice, is single is odd. he's using dating apps i wouldn't have thought hed find it hard getting girls. so he must be shy to an extent

I agree. That is different. It's harder to tell when you're in an environment like that. In my situation, I had a crush on my co-worker. Similarly, it was hard to tell if he was attracted to me or if he was just trying to be friends. I didn't know how to talk to him. But we were both friends with this other co-worker so I asked that person if we could all go out for drinks one night. That night, we broke most of the ice and even though I was still nervous around him, it made it easier to start getting to know him. By getting more familiar with each other, you can see if there's a real connection. It's the only way to really know.
