Why girls sometimes do something out of their control?

why I'm sitting in a public place i saw a girl passing from of me and she was throwing the bottle of water up in the air and trying to catch it (sometimes catch it sometimes the bottle drop off the ground) and guys were staring at her some guys were laughing at her , how what can make a girl do a behaviour like this

the girl was throwing the bottle in the air without caring of anyone she was ignoring people in doing what she want

She was just being goofy, or trying to impress you.
