The same reason young girls that don't need makeup wear it anyways. We're talking about a gender where they have a sizable chunk of them shaving their eyebrows off so they can draw them on to look like Ronald McDonald. It makes no sense and men are not particularly attracted to that, they just do it.

They just got in to a Stage that, they rather LOOK for the Good Stuff than earn it!
