Girls, does anyone else get sore privates from cycling, and more importantly what solutions have you found?

It’s common and it happens for both genders.
I believe they’re called ‘saddle sores’.
It’s caused by consistent pressure and chafing in the same place/spot while cycling long distances/prolonged periods. This will lead to irritation and inflammation of your skin over time. They usually appear as raised irritated sections of skin or even pimple like pores that feel sore (for both).
The right saddle and proper bike fitting can help to reduce discomfort when riding. Pop by your local bike shop and ask to replace the seat (saddle) with something more comfortable. Alternatively, you can choose to lubricate your skin with chamois cream (reduces friction between skin and shorts/clothing). There are some women-specific creams which help to lubricate and yet maintain a healthy pH balance.
Amazon sells some anti-chafe cream which might be useful for you.

I would think Lubrication is something that might help you it's best to contact a General Practitioner or Gynecologist might help you.

Omg it’s so sore. The second I sit on the seat it’s uncomfortable and it’s caused me to bleed before! I think you can get different seats/pads that are meant to help

Get proper cycling shorts and a good quality seat that is suited to you. They make male and female seats that have cut outs in the right places and gel in them. Helps a lot.

Not normally, but I do if the road is bumpy or if I hit a big bump while sitting down on the seat

Yeah it gets sore and irritated after just a little bit and sometimes I sit down wrong which really hurts. What happens in your situations?

you can get a better seat that's designed to ride better, and they have some bycycle shorts that come with built in padding. Different than just regular bycycle shorts that just compress everything.

Yes I use too, but I bought a pair of those padded cycling shorts and that helped.

Not well. I guess big bikers have proper gear to pad the gooch and balls but in jeans or shorts on a hard seat shit gets sore
