Ladies, any of you experienced a cycle as short as 19 days?

I'm 33. My periods have always been very regular. I was expecting my period to come on the 27th but for some reason I started bleeding today more than one week earlier than expected. My cycles are usually 25 days but this time is only 19 days. I don't recall anything like this happening before. I don't feel anything abnormal apart from the typical bloating and light cramping. I have a copper IUD if that makes any difference.

nope, but if it does keep happening, i'd talk to your gyno about it. just this one time isn't much to worry about. sometimes our bodies get out of wack for a cycle

I'm definitely going to keep an eye. Is not something I've ever experienced even as a teenager.

When I'm breastfeeding my cycles are 15-19 days. Regularly I'm 26-28 days like normal.
