I myself match my bras and panties or at least try to make sure the colors match. It might be a OCD thing. I get most of my bras from victoria secret and they usually have panties that match them so I will buy the pair. With that being said most other women I know do not match their underwear and will wear the first thing they grab out of their drawer as 99% of the time we are the only ones going to see them. Hell I know some girls that don't even wear matching socks half the time.

I meant the former, thank You. I don’t always. I wear a black sock on my right foot and a white sock on my left foot often, although a mental hospital did diagnose me with OCD. I NEVER wear Red Sox on any foot, by the way.

No, you cannot be sure it's the same color. There's a big chance it's a matching set if she's on a date leading to sex, or if in general, she's planning on having sex with a partner.
But often in everyday life, there's a big chance it's not matching at all. She could wear purple granny panties for all we know.
