Why is being friendly with some girls problematic to them?

I just got to know that my friend thinks that two of the girls I know may be avoiding me because of me being friendly.

I don't understand. I have treated them just as normally as any other girl. They do not seem to have any problem with me.

Is being friendly to girls, being actively interactive with girls problematic for some girls?

Consider these facts first please: Men smell of their intent... thirsty, needy, single, taken etc and women are instinct trust and followers by Nature. Secondly, whether we have girlfriends or friends who are girl they are in essence based upon a commonality. To be either there is some sort of Attraction. Understanding and Interpreting this is Everything in Relationship, therefore, there are two possible reasons.

The first could be that, when they are befriended by men, is because the men want something from them. This is mostly to be a boyfriend and often involves both emotional and physical aspects (sex). They may not know how to take you or you "smell some sort of way" so they are being conservative with you. They could also simply be in a man-hater mode at this time too.

The second possibility is that they already have serious sexual relationships. No man I know wants his girl best friend to be a man. In fact, I will not get involved with one who has that dynamic. This is a red flag for me and most serious people. These girls may be in this situation where their guy has said No best guy friend AND the girls themselves may agree with it because there is an underlying potential for attraction to get in the way.

I'm gonna be totally real with you for a second. The vast majority of women, especially the younger ones, are absolute neurotic messes. All you can do is be loving and patient with them.

No no. Just a normal friend. Friends friends.

So your female friends have issues with you being friends with them because you are a man? Or they don’t like your other female friends?

I am just being friendly with them. Just like I am with anybody else. But they seem to avoid me. Kind of.
I am asking why. Nobody else does.

I think, maybe I don't fit with them.

Maybe they like you, maybe they have been told to stay away. Maybe they find you weird. Must of been a trigger that started them avoiding you, when was it?

One was talking about others behind their back. She is a good girl, but that one thing is her drawback. I just subtly hinted her to not do that as it seems bad. That mist have triggered her.

The other one, my other friends say, is a complete shiner. Like fake accent, too much of unnecessary professionalism while being a student. And I did not give any attention to that. I now realize I was too dense for her, I guess😅

With the first sounds like she didn’t like you pointing out that speaking Ill of others isn’t polite. The second, no idea what a shiner is other than a black eye. If she’s fake as you say then no hard loss. You shouldn’t put yourself down and say you are too dense. Maybe she heard you say she’s fake.

Shiner as in wanting attention passive aggressively. Staying quiet, top quiet during conversations. And the things I said apply here as well. Too much of control while talking. That forced talk.

Either way sounds like you are best rid of her.

Yes. I also agree on that part. Good that she herself pushed away from me.

Maybe I had some kind of disagreement with her on some technical stuff. But she could have said no on my face. Why keep quiet in the conversation.

Anyways, glad that you also think it is good to have gotten rid of her.
