A woman sitting on the left side of me on the train, turns her head towards me, her eyes turn red, and looks down at my crotch.

Having been victimized a few times, I don't think this is a case of her actually wanting to stare at your junk.

I remember being in an office where a lady administrator did me the same way. She was married. And I can't remember being more disgusted in my life. It took me a while to understand what she wanted and what she was doing.

I never interacted with her like that again.
