Who starts most of your conversations with others? You or the other person?

Do you get annoyed when you're always the one starting the conversation, or do you not mind always starting them? Or do other people always start your conversations? Do you keep track of how many times you're the one who starts the conversation with each person you interact with? Do you think your level of extraversion or introversion has any effect on the situation?

Depends. People I don’t know 50/50. People I have to interact with depends such as going out to eat or to the store interacting with people like that.

On the other hand. Strangers. Most of the time I don’t go out of my way to just talk to someone I don’t know. There are exceptions. But more often then not they’re the ones who start them.

Most of my conversations are professional, and start with me saying something like "Hi, it's good to see you again! How have you been feeling - any problems?" "Has anything we talked about last time worked for you at all"? Etc.

Whenever I need answers, I don't hesitate to ask.

That especially applies to my employees.

Although I expect them to report to me, I won't wait around for the information I need to know.

It depends who I’m talking to. I might start conversations more at work because mask to fit in. At home I don’t really much unless spoken to.
