What would excessive blinking mean when staring at someone?

I've noticed that when I come into physical contact with girls they tend to over blink when staring at me

no smiles either but rather just blinking too much

Is it fear? or nervousness (bad way)?

Excessive blinking could be a nervous twitch or a sign the person is mentally unstable in that moment. Staring at someone on the other hand is a sign someone's a psycho.

Many people have done this excessive blinking towards me when staring at me

Some girls have done this too while trying to avoid eye contact

They over blink if we come into contact & try to avert

These same gals are able to look at others without blinking & they smile as well
