I've actually had a problem like this. A bloke kept staring at me during class. Because I sat at the back and he sat at the front. and he would be looking over his shoulder really obviously. I don't know if he thought I was going to snap and go on a murderous rampage or if he was eye banging me for two semesters. Maybe some people are just super weird.

I do that in my Chemestry class where there are 1000s of people I don't know. I do it cause I'm bored and it makes me laugh a bit to see their reaction but it kinda creeps them and I find it amusing because nobody know what to do if a guy is staring right at you without blinking for 10 minutes.
Then when we get out I go up to them and apologize and try to explain it but yea main thing is that it amuses me like heck x'D I have a weird sense of humor.
It's quite obviously Eyelid Orthonolgiophobia Scarring. I've seen it so many times in the ER that I just break down crying whenever I hear of it. The only treatment is massive listening parties to jazz LPs. They have to be vinyl. CDs just ease the symptoms.
