WHY would a guy stare without blinking?

Man, I swear. Every time I catch him staring, it's like a staring contest. Sometimes, he looks into my eyes without blinking and always does that after explaining things to the class.

Why does he keep staring so much no matter where I sit (other girls say he never even looks at them) and when I keep catching him?

I've actually had a problem like this. A bloke kept staring at me during class. Because I sat at the back and he sat at the front. and he would be looking over his shoulder really obviously. I don't know if he thought I was going to snap and go on a murderous rampage or if he was eye banging me for two semesters. Maybe some people are just super weird.

Synchronizing? Wow, that is strange! What happened was I caught him staring, and he would not look away. My friend laughed and brought attention to other friends saying it is hilarious how he kept staring again and again just after explaining stuff and not blink.

I do that in my Chemestry class where there are 1000s of people I don't know. I do it cause I'm bored and it makes me laugh a bit to see their reaction but it kinda creeps them and I find it amusing because nobody know what to do if a guy is staring right at you without blinking for 10 minutes.

Then when we get out I go up to them and apologize and try to explain it but yea main thing is that it amuses me like heck x'D I have a weird sense of humor.

It's quite obviously Eyelid Orthonolgiophobia Scarring. I've seen it so many times in the ER that I just break down crying whenever I hear of it. The only treatment is massive listening parties to jazz LPs. They have to be vinyl. CDs just ease the symptoms.

Keep in mind some children are taught to literally stare at the people they are with or talking to in order to show they are being attentive. He may not be trying to unnerve you.

I tried to flirt with him. So I moved into his personal space to test his waters. He flushed and did not move away and started stuttering. I then I said he has long fingers and if he played the piano. He said he wished he could. Then I asked if we can compare hand size but then he hesitated for a moment, moving his hands and looking at it before saying "no thanks" :(

And it was the last day he would be teaching us. He looked directly at me when he told the class he will miss us and this year passed so quickly, and we should all keep in touch and it was an honour teaching us. However, when I told him I wanted help after the exams he said he already handed the papers to the head of department by then :'(

well you also have to keep in mind as a teacher he has certain responsibility so he has to be strong in his morals if he took things any farther with you it would conflict with his morality and no one should ever intentionally conflict with themselves that just creates internal pain. so he really had no choice but to hold back. he was very strong and is an honorable man for not going any further with you. That being said he is and was really attracted to you and was or is nervous flirting with you. how do you feel about him?

I really like him. He was the best teacher I've ever had. All my advances were inappropriate, I should not have dwelled further and made it more complicated. No matter how much it hurts, I have to move on. At least I won't be the only person going through this. Life is cruel.
