Why do my eyes feel like I have to blink hard?

It usually happens when I'm out and anxious because I have anxiety.. say I'm sitting in a barber shop waiting.. when I blink, I feel like I need to blink hard and a lot. . or blink and stay for a few seconds... itsdk don't know what's going on.. its like I'm not comfortable at opening my eyes

You may have Blepharospasm. You should go see a doctor about this.

I really don't think so... also I wear glasses so I go to the doctor to see it and he doesn't say I do have

Probably lacking water in your eye, get irritated

I have dry eye like all the time.. I do put drops but not seeing much differance
