How do I get my eye to stop twitching?

Eyelid is not twitching so much now. Maybe I just needed to relax. 😂

or is there also dry eyes, or tears, red eyes, eye strain

if it is just the eyelid twitching it might be stress or tiredness combined with a lack of sleep

if you have some of the other things as well, it might be the strain of being on the phone too long, focused on a little screen for too long can cause all that stuff, so you could use a break, drop the phone a bit from time to time, and then go outside your house and focus your sight on something that's a far distance, then mid distance and then very close distance so your eyes get used to a more normal world in which they evolved to be adapted to... lol

my brother gets that a lot because he rarely drops his phone and takes it everywhere with him

I work with plenty of screens as well most of the day... but I do take breaks every 20 or 30 minutes from the screens and avoid the phone screen as much as possible

One of my Business associates has that problem all the time. She has a doctor prescription for it. The drops keep her eyes from twitching. Go see an Ophthalmologist and NOT an Optometrist. Hope you feel better !!!

It might be caused by electrolyte imbalance so I would research ways for deal with that and try to make a recipe at home, I do not recommend drinking Gatorade because it’s got unhealthy ingredients added in, my friend makes her own baby formula to protect her kids from bad ingredients.

If you spend too much time in front of your 🖥, that's probably why. Get some rest and artificial tears or eyedrops. If it continues, go to an ophthalmologist immediately

Keep your eye surfaces lubricated with over-the-counter artificial tears or eye drops.
Apply a warm compress to your eyes when a spasm begins.

Bella that happens to me sometimes. I think it can be caused by stress. I hope you're not stressed but if you are a good night's sleep might help.

Get some CBD oil. Try weed. My coworker had this rapid eye blinking thing he did. I suggested those. Its gone.
