My left eye keeps twitchibg, ideas on why this is?

Lack of sleep and stress are the main causes of it. You may also not be hydrated enough or be getting enough magnesium. A lack of vitamin B12 can also cause eye twitching as well.

Mine does this too. From what I've been told it could mean you're not drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, or you could be too stressed out.

That happens to me occasionally... it lasts for a couple days and then goes away. I'm not sure what causes it.
