Why is my eyelid twitching when I close it?

If I decide to close (blink) just my one eye and not open it it literally shakes nothing is happening when they’re open onlu when i close my one eye. Should i be worried?

From stress to anxiety & from lack of sleep to way to much caffeine & twitching eye could be telling you something.

my eye used to twitch too and now it doesn't. Maybe try a warm compress.
