Unblocked after 2 months, why?

Didn't do anything wrong but I have a feeling she wanted to blow me off to mess with another guy.. I got blocked while she had her run but now I'm unblocked (I found out when I was typing in the search) and it got me wondering why? I don't think she's planning on saying anything I think.

I unblock people I've blocked from time to time and if they hassle me again I block them again.

The thing is the way she left wasn't me I'm not sure if you heard of the term of a hoover attempt but this has all the signs of it She saw my profile on a hook up website.. and she looked at my profile and message but didn't block but 13 hours later she tried to send me a video or picture but it won't send unless I say ok so she blocked me.. now she just unblocked me.
