Someone isn't reading what I said, or saying that I said something I didn't, because they didn't read, or are just stupid, and in a mood? Others, just being abusive.
Why do I need to take all that irrational crap, when I can block?
Sometimes, I just unblock, because they were a friend, but they were being a total ass one day.

If it is Social Media, its to spy. The next time you seem them visible, message them and ask them what the deal is that they keep blocking and unblocking you. Odds are you will get blocked again. If that happens, the next time they UNBLOCK, block them right away. That way YOU have control.
