What does this behavior mean?

I have a new co-worker today was her trial shift in a bar.

There was about 5 of us behind the bar all moving around eachother the both of us spent most of the time polishing cutlery right next to eachother and I had to move around her to use the till quite often and was leaning up against her a lot and she stood her ground didn't seem to care or move out the way. As my other coworkers do.

I wasn't doing this deliberately I was just doing my job.
