Girls, why would my Mom defend my sister on this and not me. Is she sexist?

I want to sue my sister for something she did to me 4 years ago. I told my Mom that I wanted to sue her but she just laughed at me and called me an idiot. She then told my sister that I wanted to sue her and she laughed as well and told me to do it.

Why would my Mom side with my sister and not me on this since she was the one that damaged my body forever and I didn't do anything to her?

She literally ruined my whole life by assaulting me when we were younger.. why is it ridiculous to want to be compensated for the damage she caused?

I've explained it in a previous question but basically a few years ago we were having a fight and she kicked my balls really hard. Since then I haven't grown taller, I haven't grown more facial hair and my voice didn't get any deeper. I can't get a girlfriend now and I get bullied a lot for my height. I went to a doctor but she is a female so she didn't believe me that it was caused by my sister kicking my testicles. I want to sue her because she ruined my life by assaulting me.
