New girl at my job. Real sweet, got them blue eyes and everything.

My friends had an intervention for me saying I need to do this or I'll regret it etc etc

Bunch of guy are all over her at work and I'd hate to be that guy. But she was nice, she's new to the area I could take her for a drink and a walk around our town I think it'd be real nice.

Maybe I'd say I need a plus 1 Friday when I meet a couple friends and if she's not busy if she'd like to come along and see the town?

Any suggestions? Thoughts?

I'd be the Debby downer on that party... I'm 100% anti-fraternization from work. But that's just me and my options are always better outside of work. ... and I might add I glad I did because I've watched plenty of chicks just get ran through or literally go through all the dudes that reduce themselves to the girls at work situation. Even caught a few guy lying about getting with a girl from work and stopped one drunk rape.

If you really want to be a part of that clown show, then go be a part of it. Out of all the bullshit I've seen, I do know 2 couples that are still a couple from it so I guess it's not a total dead end. I just think it's pointless to try and put all that kind of effort into some chick from work when you usually just end up being one of the guys that banged her.

Invite her to lunch rather than a group of friends going out especially if those guys are interested in the girl. Just be her friend as I personally wouldn't want things to be weird at work if there was a new girl and she was attractive and new to the city.

Take her some place fun invite her only but somewhere you’d go with friends like a sports bar or a BWW watch sports with her or something casual that’s a fun atmosphere it will take pressure off it won’t have that date pressure that I need to impress you feel. It’s casual relaxed and fun

The only problem is that she is your co worker. So don’t rush too much keep it simple at first see how she acts.. go out for a coffee etc that’s fine.

I recommend you go where you feel best. Don’t force yourself to go anywhere you feel uncomfortable because you have to show your best if you when you are with her and to do so it’s when you feel in ease and comfortable

I did stalk her on social media like Any normal person. I felt insecure because she's been yo so many places, but she's into art and I know an absolutely perfect place to take her. Coffee and an a art museum
