I arm wrestled a girl and lost even though I am a man. My pride and ego really took a hit.
I feel humiliated by this and I don't know how to forget.

Well you learned your lesson. Never compete with girls in any physical activity. You can only lose, and she can only win. Because if you win, so what? You're a man, you're supposed to win. But if you lose, you're the biggest loser ever for losing to a girl.
But arm wrestling requires very specific strength that only comes from arm wrestling or training for arm wrestling. So someone generally much weaker who has trained for arm wrestling can win much stronger opponent who hasn't trained specifically for arm wrestling.
Yes you are 100 percent right, but it is still very embarrassing for me
You can be stronger and still lose an arm wrestle. I've posted this before. I have long arms, even for my height (6'2) and if I wrestled on on flat surface, the person with the shorter arm has a huge leverage advantage over me because he's at a nearly 90° angle and I'll be at 60° or less.

Why would you do it in the first place? It's lose, lose.
