I generally see stuff online I'll love to wear however, I constantly see men mostly saying women wearing clothes like that wants attention. Yes I would like someone to look at me but what if I just want to see if I could body the dress? Or the skirt. I just like it damn it😂.

There has been scientific study on this very question! Girls are more likely to wear revealing clothing at a nightclub during their fertile phase and if their partner is not in attendance. And it has been pretty much long established girls are more interested in sex and like bad boys more when ovulating.

Homo sapiens is one of the few species where the female does not signal estrous. All the boy baboons know a girl baboon is fertile because her ass changes color for example. Menstruation is hardly hidden but that is when a girl is infertile. An interesting consequence is that guys have to be up for sex every day because of the lack estrous signals.

Consequently for Homo sapien males a tight cleavage top and a short skirt are good possible indicators a girl might be looking for sex as she is fertile. Of course girls might wear that as a sort of a uniform when going to a club so it is a vague indicator but better than none.

So there does seem some probabilistic justification for men thinking that revealing clothing means a girl wants sex. A study of strippers possibly shows men are able to detect female fertility. The strippers earnt much more in tips when they were ovulating. The conclusion is somewhat doubtful because fertile strippers could easily be more flirtatious than when not fertile and hence earn more tips from that path instead of men sniffing out her fertility.

You should wear what you would like to wear and body that dress/skirt for your own satisfaction! But don't condemn men if they take it as a signal as it is all you girls give us.

I imagine that some girls just like looking good. It gives them self esteem. They're proud of their appearance and feel good about themselves. And "flaunt it if you got it", as they say.

Granted, some revealing clothes are in bad taste and make girls look like street corner hookers. But sexy clothes can be cute, tasteful, classy, playful, or daring without looking cheep.

I admire classy women who aren't ashamed of their bodies and enjoy showing them off in cute clothes.

Another reason to wear what some may consider to be revealing is for comfort.

For example, women have been taught to be self conscious about not wearing bras. I don't understand how bras became mandatory attire and why some people think unbound breasts are vulgar.

Women generally wear revealing clothes because they like them- but WHY do they like them? Because their brains give them a dopamine hit for engaging in behavior that signals sexual availability or fitness to men, which wearing revealing clothing does. For obvious reasons, this makes them more likely to wear said clothes, and said signals make reproductive success more likely, too. Multiply by fifty thousand years, and here we are today. Your brain has genetic reasons for its vested interest in wanting to make you want to look good.

So, do women doll themselves up to feel better about themselves? Yes. Do they do it to attract men? Yes. Are those competing reasons? No, they're steps one and two of a single process.

Just remember that you and your brain are NOT one and the same; you're just both parts of the same entity. And you and some jackass claiming that wearing revealing clothes means you're a slut or a whore or what have you is just an idiot.

Here some problems.

1. If she wears it when out without her So she will likely have to deal with people hitting on her.

2. If she doesn't wear it at home when she is with her SO, but only wears it when she goes out in public then it shoes that she IS wearing it for attention form others.

Solution: Wear it either at home or when going out AND your SO is with you.

The main problem is when she does it for others because she is disloyal. Same goes for posting those kinds of pictures online.

When she is single that doesn't apply though.

Yes, you will get some guys approving of it in any circumstances. Why? They are the pathetic type of guys that will agree with almost anything a woman does because they are the undesirable type and are desperate for approval.

They often wear clothes they like, without realizing that revealing clothes will get attention from guys, as well as a reaction out of them. Mother Nature built guys to react when they see an attractive woman, especially if she's wearing something revealing.
