Why would a woman tell you she loves you then goes starts a relationship with someone else?

She blocked me on facebook but still has me on snapchat. I sent snaps days before she blocked me and has recently been looking at my snaps. She just looked at my last one i sent last week a few days ago. Is she curious? I never got closure or told why she blocked me. Feeling lost right now.
