The less attractive women are all fucking the attractive guy. Less attractive men try to get less attractive women. Nobody sleeps with the less attractive men, and nobody wifes the attractive women.

No, they would see the man as an NPC character. The women are going to start shit with the other women at work. They let the man go hide in the background, but when you're to fight with other women, and the most aggressive women get all the power. They don't pick fights with men. They pick fights usually with women who are younger and prettier OR smarter. They don't pick fights with fat girls either. There's no real logic to it, it's just mating behavior.
