The woman who rejected me keeps liking my posts and viewing my stories. I tried to disappear and moved on after she rejected me, went no contact and It's been more than 5 months but she keeps doing all that. While I never looked at her stories nor liked her posts. I didn't unfollow or block her due to working environment. It would leaves me unprofessional if I block her. She is my coworker although we didn't meet everyday. So I try to be cordial as I could. So why she keeping tabs on me?

Well, Instagram is not a dating app, she is probably meaning her Likes and watching stories as something not flirty, and probably does the same with many others (males and female). Also, many people watch stories all in a row like if it's a television and don't specifically select who to watch. It might be you just happen to be in the sequence, often.
If she was really interested, she had 5 entire months to ask you out or trying to text again, asking questions, going more personal etc. 5 months is quite a lot, and given she knew you liked her, well, she had all the chances to do whatever she wanted and easily, yet she didn't.
If you didn't have any argument when she rejected you, she probably doesn't even perceive the tension you feel instead and how Liking posts might be a bit awkward in that case, so she keeps doing that.
Either way, you did your move already, so if anything has to happen it must come from her and with a lot of clarity, no indirect signals to push you doing something for her. You given enough energies in this issue already, so, if anything, it'd be only her turn.

Thanks for the answer! Yeah well we argued a lot before she rejected me, because I think she's a little bit unstable, even after she rejected me she ever asked me for the 2nd chance, lol I guess that she was giving me some kind of false hope, because in the end I made a little mistake and she won't forgive me and finally she asked me to leave and asked me to find another woman, so yeah I left and walked away as she requested me to.

Then yeah she might want to keep things open in that case, these details change my answer completely... I think she wants to keep things open or to communicate she doesn't hate you (but not granted she is actively interested), and doesn't make any move because she knows you can get mad, argue again, reject her and such, or maybe because she is actually not interested enough to give it another go. It's not as free as it would be if you didn't have all of that before.
After I argue with someone I don't think I'd keep liking their posts because that would get a more important meaning than with the others.

Yeah, me too, I guess as a normal person I wouldn't like or react to their posts if they've made me disappointed. I don't know but I think she was just trying to be nice to everyone, she even liked my family and all of my friend's posts until now. I really miss her actually, but since she asked me to leave, she also said that I deserve someone better, so those likes on social media didn't convince me enough to make another move. So I'd like to stay no contact. Anyway she broke the no contact around a month ago, she contacted me and talked about working stuff, like nothing had happened between us, that actually made me sad, so I was just giving her one or two words respond, until she gave me another cold shoulder, then we started no contact again till now lol. Well in the end I did what I could though, I can only pray for her happiness, it's kinda hurt but hopefully I could move on and find another woman who loves me in return.
